This is a superb facility very close to CCU that includes a complimentary deluxe breakfast, high speed wireless internet, and access to their fitness center (exit I-71/75 South immediately after crossing the Ohio river, right on Fourth, right on Crescent, and you are there). Their regular rate of $139 for a double (1-4 persons) has been reduced to just $89 for our conference, plus they are offering a rate of just $75 for students (show student ID when you check in). Conference registrants will be able to go directly from online registration to reserve rooms at this hotel. Thirty-five rooms are being held until April 1.

This is a good facility with a domed recreational/pool area just 5 minutes from CCU (2 exits into KY) right off I-75 at the Fort Mitchell exit (exit #188). The special rate is $69 (1-4 persons). Twenty rooms are being held until April 1. Call and note you are with the SCJ Conference. They have a free continental breakfast.

Airport Transportation

If you are flying, please plan on staying at the Hampton Inn. No hotel in the downtown Cincinnati area offers free shuttle service. However, you may call Jayme (859-283-1600, ext 167, jayme.smith(at)hilton.com) at the Hampton who will make pick-up arrangements for you (Cost: Under $15).

If you want to make your own arrangements, call Airport Executive Shuttle (1-800-990-8841) at least 24 hours before arrival, who will provide one way transportation for $15 and roundtrip for $25).

Shuttle to CCU

A CCU van will make pick- ups at the Hampton and USA Hotel Friday (7:30 AM) and Saturday (8:00 AM) and can deliver you back both days. However, you can probably find someone in the hotel to hitch with.
