In case you haven’t seen or don’t get an SBL feed into your email of SBL Review of Biblical Literature, four scholars with the Stone-Campbell Movement published book reviews and one had his book reviewed in recent issues.
In the March 19th issue Adam Bean (Milligan) reviewed John Goldingay, Genesis, and Tyler Stewart (Lincoln) reviewed Neil Martin, Regression in Galatians: Paul and the Gentile Response to Jewish Law.
In the April 9th issue, Gary Selby (Milligan) reviewed Lauri Thuren, ed., Rhetoric and Scripture: Collected Essays of Thomas Olbricht.
In the April 16th issue, Jason Bembry (Milligan) reviewed Tim Meadowcroft, Like the Stars Forever: Narrative and Theology in the Book of Daniel.
In the May 7th issue, Rafael Rodriquez (Johnson) reviewed Justin King, Speech-in-Character, Diatribe, and Romans 3: 1-9.
Finally, back on Feb 18th, Ralph Hawkins new book, Discovering Exodus: Content, Interpretation, Reception (Eerdmans, 2021) was reviewed by Riemer Rookema.
Congratulations to all! Your involvement in scholarship in this way is encouragement to us all to do the same in our own fields of research.
